Creating Welcoming Businesses

This workshop will explore practical ways businesses can strengthen inclusion across their workplace and customer experience. Participants will consider how small changes in language, environment, employment practices, marketing and community engagement can make a meaningful difference. Through facilitated discussion, real-world examples and interactive activities, the session will help businesses identify achievable actions they can put into practice straight away.
